Muscat: Leyla Aliyeva visited the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque during her trip to Muscat. The mosque is recognized as a significant religious and architectural landmark in the country.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque was constructed on the initiative of the late Sultan Qaboos bin Said and opened its doors in 2001. It is capable of hosting around 20,000 worshippers and stands as an architectural symbol of Muscat.
