Leyla and Arzu Aliyeva Attend Launch of New Projects at Seaside National Park

Baku: Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva participated in the opening and presentation ceremonies of several projects at the Seaside National Park. The events were marked by the unveiling of innovative initiatives aimed at enhancing the park's recreational and environmental offerings.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the ceremonies began with the inauguration of the "Boulevard Sports Club," following extensive renovations on the existing tennis court complex. Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, and Arzu Aliyeva, Head of the Baku Media Center, explored the newly established facilities designed to promote a healthy lifestyle and expand the park's sports infrastructure. The club includes a fitness hall with modern equipment and new padel courts.

The presentation of the "WasteShark" floating water-cleaning device followed, showcasing efforts to improve the environmental condition of Baku Bay. The device, equipped with advanced technology, is designed to clean floating waste and pollutants from the water surface, operating efficiently in hard-to-reach areas. Initiated by Leyla Aliyeva, the project aims to enhance environmental monitoring and cleanup operations across Baku Bay.

Another highlight was the introduction of electric phaetons, offering visitors an eco-friendly and comfortable sightseeing experience along Baku Boulevard. These modern carriages, inspired by Baku's carriage traditions, contribute to environmentally sustainable urban development. Leyla and Arzu Aliyeva took part in a tour of the Boulevard aboard these electric carriages.

Throughout the ceremonies, Leyla and Arzu Aliyeva interacted with city residents and took photos, marking the successful launch of these projects aimed at enriching the Seaside National Park's offerings.
