Baku: Baku is an example reflecting the harmonious unity of authenticity and modernization, President of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya, Mohamed Younis al-Menfi, said this during the Leaders' Session held within the framework of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Mohamed Younis Al-Menfi expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and the Azerbaijani state and people for hosting the event. He highlighted Baku as a city that embodies both heritage and a future-oriented vision of urban development. Al-Menfi also acknowledged the efforts of UN-Habitat in strengthening international cooperation to address the challenges faced by urban communities.
