Lerik: A magnitude 3.0 earthquake struck the Lerik-Lankaran border area on Monday, the Republican Seismic Survey Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences reported. The earthquake, recorded at 16:00 local time, occurred at a depth of 31 kilometers.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the tremor was not felt.
