Marches with Military Orchestras Set for Victory Day Celebrations in Azerbaijan

Baku: Marches accompanied by military orchestras will be organized on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of Victory Day in various cities across Azerbaijan, as per the plan approved by the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The Ministry of Defense informed APA that these events will take place in the central streets, avenues, and squares of Baku, Sumgayit, Nakhchivan, Khankendi, Shusha, and Lachin.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, on November 6, from 10:00 to 12:00, servicemen will conduct marches along designated routes. In Baku, the routes include the Alley of Shehids to the Flame Towers, passing by landmarks such as Icherisheher metro, Gala Gate, Azerbaijan State Puppet Theatre, Azneft circle, and Bahram Gur monument. Another route in Baku will cover areas from G.Musabekov Park to the Alley of Shehids, passing through Abdurrahim bey Hagverdiyev street, Huseyn Javid Avenue, and Huseyn Javid Park. A third route will see servicemen march from the Olympic Star sport complex to Neftchilar Avenue, covering locations such as Samad Vurgun street, Officers’ Park, Baku State Circus, Heydar Aliyev Palace, and I.Nasimi monument.

In Sumgayit, the march will take place in the Seaside Boulevard area. In Nakhchivan, the route extends from the intersection of Dilgam Pishavari street, Aziz Aliyev street, and Heydar Aliyev Avenue to Victory Park. Additionally, marches will occur along the central streets and avenues of Khankendi, Lachin, and Shusha cities.
