Baku: The martyred servicemen and a civilian employee of the State Border Service have been awarded the Order 'For Service to the Fatherland,' APA reports. President Ilham Aliyev signed an Order to recognize their bravery and dedication.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Order honors several servicemen and a civilian employee of the State Border Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan. They exhibited courage and bravery during combat operations aimed at restoring the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan and while performing their official duties in protecting the state border. These individuals were martyred while fulfilling their duties and have been posthumously awarded the 3rd Degree Order 'For Service to the Fatherland'.
