Matt Sykes Highlights Azerbaijan’s Role in Strengthening Human Connections in Urban Planning

Baku: Matt Sykes, co-founder of the Swimmable Cities organization, emphasized the significance of Azerbaijan's warm attitude in fostering human connections within urban planning during his remarks at WUF13. He expressed that the time has come to implement the results achieved and forge new partnerships. Sykes noted that while the challenges and solutions in urban planning are often known, it is the relationships built that drive and unite efforts.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Sykes highlighted that the unity observed in Azerbaijan, from high-level leaders to volunteers, serves as a powerful example for advancing human ties in urban planning. This approach is seen as a critical component in addressing existing issues and implementing solutions effectively in the new chapter of urban development.
