Baku: A trilateral Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in industrial safety, labor protection, and environmental protection has been signed at the 3rd Industrial Safety Summit held in Baku. The agreement marks a significant step in enhancing safety and environmental protocols in the industry.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, the memorandum was signed by key representatives from the Azerbaijan Industrial Safety Association, the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), and the State Agency for Safe Work in Industry and Mining Control. This collaborative effort underscores the commitment of these organizations to improve industrial safety standards and protect the environment.
The signing ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Tapdig Amiraslanli, SOCAR Vice President for Operational Support, Health and Safety Fuad Musayev, and Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Industrial Safety Association Public Union Orkhan Khalilzade. Their participation highlights the importance of this initiative in fostering a safer and more sustainable industrial environment in Azerbaijan.
