Mexico Pavilion Opens at ‘Urban Expo’ Exhibition

Baku: The Government of Mexico City: is opening its pavilion at the 'Urban Expo' exhibition of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), APA reports. Government representatives of Mexico, delegations from Latin American and Caribbean countries, as well as international partners gathered at the opening ceremony.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the pavilion showcases initiatives and experiences related to sustainable urban planning, public spaces, mobility, inclusivity, and people-centered urban policies. It also promotes dialogue and the exchange of successful practices across the region.

The pavilion is expected to highlight the role of Latin American cities in addressing common urban challenges such as housing, inequality, and climate change. Additionally, it aims to discuss prospects for strengthening regional cooperation on the road to WUF14.
