Baku: A draft law 'On Financial Leasing' has been prepared, APA reports. The draft law was submitted for discussion at today's session of the Milli Majlis.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the draft law consists of 5 chapters and 25 articles and aims to establish a legal framework for financial leasing activities. It will define the legal, organizational, and economic foundations for regulation and supervision in this field. The primary goal of the legislation is to develop and promote financial leasing activities and to strengthen their role in the economic growth of the country.
Following the discussions in the session, the draft law was put to a vote and successfully adopted in the third reading, marking a significant step towards enhancing the financial leasing sector.
