Baku: At today's session of the Milli Majlis, the draft law 'On the Approval of the Council of Europe Convention against Trafficking in Human Organs' was submitted for discussion, APA reports. Following the discussions, the draft law was put to a vote and adopted in a single reading.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Azerbaijan is joining the Convention with a special declaration. This concerns the non-application of the Convention's provisions in relation to Armenia until relations between the two countries are normalized.
