Minister: No Decision on Azerbaijani Servicemen in Gaza Stabilization Forces

Baku: There is no decision regarding the participation of Azerbaijani servicemen in international stabilization forces in Gaza, said Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jeyhun Bayramov, at a press conference on the results of the year, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Minister Bayramov highlighted the various uncertainties surrounding the potential involvement of Azerbaijani forces. He pointed out several unanswered questions, such as the operational mechanism of the stabilization forces, the specifics of the mandate, its duration, the involvement of other countries, and the acceptance of the peace plan.

The minister emphasized the lack of sufficient information and responses to these critical questions, which currently hinders Azerbaijan from making any decisions on the matter. Additionally, Bayramov mentioned that Azerbaijan has not received any requests concerning reconstruction efforts in Gaza. However, he assured that if a request is made, Azerbaijan will consider it.
