Baku: A delegation from the National Office of Social Insurance of Moldova visited DOST Call Center 142 LLC in Baku. The visit aimed to explore the operations and functionalities of the call center, which plays a role in managing social sector applications.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Bakhtiyar Mammadov, Director of DOST Call Center 142 LLC, presented information on the mechanisms designed for the prompt receipt and response to applications. He also highlighted the innovative solutions that have been implemented to address citizens' needs effectively.

The meeting concluded with both parties exchanging views on issues of mutual interest, paving the way for potential future collaborations.
