Podgorica: Montenegro has issued a condemnation of Iran's recent attack on the Nakhchivan region of Azerbaijan. The Montenegrin Foreign Ministry made this announcement on the social media platform X, as reported by APA.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Montenegrin Foreign Ministry emphasized that such actions threaten regional security and stability. They highlighted the urgent need for reducing tensions and called for a return to dialogue.
Montenegro expressed solidarity with the people of Azerbaijan and urged all parties involved to take steps towards immediate de-escalation.
