Baku: Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha condemned Iran for targeting Azerbaijan following its attacks against Middle Eastern and European countries, as reported by APA. Sybiha made his statement on social media, highlighting the actions of the Tehran regime as a global threat rather than just a regional one.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, drone attacks were carried out from the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran against the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan. One of the drones struck the terminal building of Nakhchivan Airport, while another landed near a school in Shakarabad village, resulting in damage to the airport building and injuries to four individuals.

Sybiha emphasized the necessity for all international efforts to be united in order to neutralize the threats posed by the Iranian regime. He stressed the importance of providing the Iranian people with an opportunity for a normal life and restoring security and stability in the Middle East and beyond.
