Baku: More than 400 wells have been drilled to date at the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) oil and gas field block located in Azerbaijan's sector of the Caspian Sea. This was revealed during a presentation organized for journalists as part of the Caspian Oil and Gas exhibition.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, more than 200 of these wells are currently active, contributing to the production of over 4.6 billion barrels of oil from the field. The presentation highlighted the use of advanced technologies and innovative solutions to enhance the oil recovery factor and ensure the sustainability of production at ACG over the long term.
