Nakhchivan: During the period from April 21 to July 2, 2026, electricity demand in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic was fully met through renewable energy sources, APA-Economics reports, citing the Ministry of Energy.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, a total of 118.374 million kWh of electricity was generated during this period. Of this, 104.486 million kWh was produced at hydropower plants (HPPs) and 13.888 million kWh at solar power plants (SPPs).
