Baku: Narmina Elsevar gizi Mustafayeva has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Latvia, APA reports. President Ilham Aliyev signed an official order confirming her appointment.
