Seyidbayli: On December 26, the next relocation process to Seyidbayli village in the Khojaly district took place, the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction and Management Service in the city of Khankendi and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts told APA.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, at this phase, 11 families consisting of 48 people were relocated to the village. The relocated families were settled in their new apartments today. During the handover of apartment keys, Khasay Jahangirov, an employee of the Special Representation of the President in the city of Khankendi and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts, provided residents with detailed information about the work carried out in Seyidbayli village. He noted that individual residential houses meeting modern standards have been restored in the village, gas, electricity, and water lines have been completely renewed, and other social infrastructure facilities have also been reconstructed.
It should be noted that Seyidbayli village in the Khojaly district was under occupation by the Armed Forces of Armenia from 1992 to 2020. As a result of local anti-terrorist operations carried out on September 19-20, 2023, Seyidbayli village was liberated from occupation.
