According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Nga Kor Ming highlighted that the theme of WUF13 serves as a call to action, urging participants to undertake real steps towards urban development. He noted that the global urban agenda has never before secured such a significant platform for fostering multilateral cooperation.
"Baku is becoming the capital of the world during the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum," Nga Kor Ming emphasized, underlining the city's pivotal role in hosting this international event.
