Oslo: A Norwegian researcher has highlighted the necessity of prioritizing people's well-being in the development of future cities. Yu Wang, a senior researcher at the Department of Architecture and Planning at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, stressed the importance of addressing the housing crisis as a major obstacle to sustainable urbanization.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Yu Wang expressed that both developed and developing countries face significant challenges due to the housing crisis. He emphasized the need for increased attention to affordable housing, which he believes is crucial for sustainable urbanization. Wang also noted the global significance of the forum's topic, "Affordable Housing," stating that the focus in future urban development should be on enhancing the quality of life and well-being of city residents.
