Yekaterinburg: The Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg has issued a verdict concerning Azizov Abbas Azay, who was detained following an operation conducted by Russian law enforcement agencies. The operation, which has led to multiple arrests, was particularly focused on the Azerbaijani community in the area.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the court has decided to remand Azizov Abbas in custody until July 19. This decision comes as a result of the prosecution’s complaint against him. This latest development increases the total number of Azerbaijanis arrested in Yekaterinburg to eight.
