Baku: The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the "List of Specialized Medical Institutions Authorized to Perform Donor Organ Transplantation," APA reports. According to the decision, the Central Hospital of the Medical Service Department of the State Customs Committee has been authorized to perform heart transplants, while the Republican Diagnostic Center has been authorized to carry out stem cell transplants.
