Aghdam: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the opening of a nursery-kindergarten in the village of Kangarli, as reported on May 10. The facility, designed to modern standards, has the capacity to accommodate 120 children, offering a space that supports their growth and development. The kindergarten will function with six groups, with all rooms fully equipped for children’s activities.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the establishment also includes a playground featuring various attractions and sports equipment, all located in a landscaped area. The initiative is part of ongoing efforts to create new children’s institutions in Azerbaijan’s liberated territories, aimed at organizing the leisure activities of children who have relocated to these areas and enhancing their social protection.
