According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the reception featured Hugo Francisco Rivera Fernandez, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Dominica for Economic Affairs and International Cooperation, as the guest of honor. The event was attended by representatives from the Dominican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, parliament, various state agencies, and the diplomatic corps. Media representatives from "Listin Diario," one of the leading newspapers in the Dominican Republic, along with other media outlets and members of the public, were also present at the celebration.
