Oil Price Falls Below $62 as Global Markets Experience Decline


New York: Oil prices continue to decline in global markets as of May 2, APA reports. On the NYMEX commodity exchange in New York, the price of WTI crude for June 2025 dropped by 1.60% or $0.95, falling to $58.29 per barrel.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, on the ICE Intercontinental Exchange in London, Brent crude for July 2025 decreased by 1.35% or $0.84, settling at $61.29 per barrel.
