Russian Ambassador Announces Upcoming “3+3” Meetings in Baku and Yerevan

Yerevan: The next meetings within the framework of the “3+3” format are set to be held in Baku and Yerevan, as announced by Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopyrkin. This initiative aims to facilitate discussions on multiple fronts, including economic, transport, and regional security issues.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Sergey Kopyrkin highlighted the potential for these meetings to offer alternative approaches to Western initiatives. He expressed hope that Armenian partners would resist influences from what he referred to as “Russophobic” circles in the West, which he believes could leverage Armenia to open a “second front” in the region against Russia. The ambassador emphasized the importance of Armenia’s continued participation in Eurasian integration processes.
