Baku: On the London Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), Brent crude rose by $0.63 to settle at $87.70 per barrel. On the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), Light crude increased by $0.68 to $81.93 per barrel.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the trading activities on both the London and New York exchanges experienced a rise in oil prices. This increase comes amid ongoing fluctuations in the global energy markets, reflecting shifts in supply and demand dynamics. The rise in Brent crude and Light crude prices indicates a response to current market conditions.
