Oil Prices Surge on Global Markets

London: Oil prices are seeing an upward trend in world markets. In trading operations on the ICE London intercontinental exchange, the January 2025 contract for Brent oil export rose by 0.91%, reaching 64.21 US dollars per barrel.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the price for a barrel of WTI oil for December export on the New York NYMEX commodity exchange also saw an increase of 1.02%, amounting to 60.36 US dollars. These developments indicate a notable rise in oil prices across major global markets.
