During January-July 2023, 17,7 mln. tons of oil (including condensate) was produced in Azerbaijan, making it 7,8% less in annual comparison, the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan told APA-Economics.

10,6 mln tons of oil production fell to shares of the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli" oil and gas field block, 2,6 mln. tons of production (condensate) fell to shares of the Shah Deniz gas-condensate field, and 40,4 thousand tons of oil production (including condensate) fell to shares of the Absheron field. SOCAR's oil production (including condensate) amounted to 4.5 mln. tons.

During the reporting period, 14,9 mln. ton of oil (including condensate) was transported, thus, making it 4,5% less than the same period of 2022. 13,2 mln. a ton of exported oil fell into shares of Consortium, and 1,7 mln tons of oil fell into shares of SOCAR.
