PMD Group” LLC announced today about its reorganization through accession of “Abşeron-Ticarət” Ltd to this investment group.

Recall that “Abşeron-Ticarət” Ltd (INN: 1500430201) was established in December 2001, and a few months later it was declared the winner of state held investment competition for sale of a sports complex, the location of which was not disclosed to the public. The company’s legal address in Baku is the same as one of Gilan Holding Group’s headquarters https://gilanholding.com/.

Note that “Abşeron-Ticarət” Ltd. shortly before its merger with “PMD Group” LLC announced about raising its authorized capital from 20 to 5 million 930.000 manats ($3.5 million). Legal representative of the company is Camil Muradov who also heads several other companies of “Gilan Holding Group”.
