Baku: The opening ceremony of the 29th Session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change has begun in Baku.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, COP28 President Sultan Ahmad Al-Jaber will deliver his final speech in this status at the event.
