According to Azeri-Press News Agency, CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov emphasized the significance of media and observer presence, particularly highlighting the importance of coverage in the Garabagh region. “This will be the first time parliamentary elections are held across all of Azerbaijan’s sovereign territory,” Panahov noted during a press briefing.
