“During and after the 44-day war, our hearts beat with you and will always beat together. Just as every Pakistani had the pain of Karabakh in his heart, felt this pain, every Azerbaijani has the pain of Kashmir in his heart. I congratulate you on Karabakh. I ask you to pray for the liberation of Kashmir one day. It is my wish to celebrate the freedom of Kashmir with you,” he said.
