Islamabad: Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, received a delegation led by Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov, who is visiting the country.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the meeting highlighted the intensively developing strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Pakistan, which significantly contributes to economic cooperation. The high-level reciprocal visits, various meetings, and signed documents are instrumental in fostering beneficial cooperation between the two nations. Additionally, there is substantial potential for joint activities in investment and collaboration in other economic sectors.

During the discussions, both parties exchanged views on the priority directions of bilateral relations and the diversification of business ties.
