Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari Extends Warm Felicitations to Azerbaijan’s President on Independence Day

Baku: President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari has conveyed a congratulatory message to President Ilham Aliyev of the Republic of Azerbaijan in honor of Azerbaijan's Independence Day. The message was delivered through a letter highlighting the strong bilateral ties between the two nations.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Zardari's letter emphasized the deep-rooted fraternal relations between Pakistan and Azerbaijan, which are built on a shared faith, cultural heritage, and common values. The letter praised the enduring partnership characterized by mutual trust and understanding, and it reaffirmed Pakistan's steadfast support for Azerbaijan on core national interests.
