Panama city: President of the Republic of Panama Jos© Raºl Mulino Quintero has sent a congratulatory message to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Azerbaijan's Independence Day, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter from President Mulino Quintero expressed his sincere congratulations on behalf of the people and government of Panama. He extended heartfelt wishes for the continued well-being and prosperity of the Azerbaijani people.

The message highlighted the thirty-first anniversary of diplomatic relations between Panama and Azerbaijan, emphasizing a commitment to peace and development. President Mulino Quintero expressed a desire to further strengthen the bonds of friendship, cooperation, and mutual understanding between the two nations.

In his letter, President Mulino Quintero also took the opportunity to renew his assurances of highest and most distinguished consideration to President Aliyev.
