Baku: Another 30 children from Ukraine have been brought to Azerbaijan by the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population to receive rehabilitation services, according to the Ministry's statement to APA.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the children initially underwent examinations at the Gabala Children's Rehabilitation Center, which operates under the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency. An individual rehabilitation program was then developed for each child. This program includes individual consultations, group therapies, yoga, and dance therapy sessions to help stabilize their emotional condition and facilitate their integration into society.
The rehabilitation services provided also encompass therapeutic massage, therapeutic pool and bath treatments, and art therapy. These efforts aim to support the well-being of the children during their stay in Azerbaijan.
As part of a 10-day social rehabilitation program, the children will participate in excursions to historical sites and museums. The program also includes board games, competitions, and other activities to ensure they have meaningful leisure time.
