Baku: Participants of the Development Ambassadors Program, launched by the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) initially in Azerbaijan, visited the 'Turkish Martyrdom' monument. This monument was erected in memory of the Turkish soldiers who died in the battles for the liberation of Baku from the Bolshevik-Armenian Dashnak troops in 1918.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, TIKA's Development Ambassadors Program is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of young people in international cooperation, development projects, and cultural relations. The program also aims to foster friendship and cooperation among countries.
