Armenia: Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has announced that the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan has concluded, marking the establishment of peace. Pashinyan made this declaration during his address to the Armenian people on the anniversary of the trilateral meeting in Washington on August 8, 2025.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, the Prime Minister emphasized that peace was achieved following the trilateral discussions between Armenia, Azerbaijan, and the United States, led by President Donald Trump. This meeting, which took place at the White House, is now referred to by the Armenian side as the "Peace Summit." The joint declaration from the summit, signed by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and witnessed by Donald Trump, is termed the "Peace Declaration."

Pashinyan highlighted that the peace established is evident and impacts the daily lives of the people. However, he pointed out that the full implementation of the peace agenda is still pending. The "Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and Interstate Relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan," initialed in Washington, awaits signing and ratification. Additionally, he mentioned the ongoing need for border delimitation between the two countries.

The Prime Minister expressed gratitude towards U.S. President Donald Trump for his role in facilitating peace. He concluded his address by congratulating both the Armenian and Azerbaijani people on the anniversary of the August 8 meeting.
