Baku: A group of servicemen of the Azerbaijan Army left for the United Arab Emirates to take part in the Peace Shield - 2026 joint operational-tactical exercise, MoD told APA. The main objective of the exercise is to enhance the professional skills of the participating countries' military contingents in anti-terror operations, contribute to the maintenance of lasting peace, and gain mutual experience.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Peace Shield - 2026 joint operational-tactical exercise will be conducted on February 2-3. The exercise aims to bring together military personnel from different nations to collaborate and improve their capabilities in coordinating complex anti-terror operations.
