Baku: The Organization of Turkic States (OTS) is playing a crucial role in fostering cooperation among its member states during a period of increasing regional tensions, Prime Minister Ali Asadov stated at a recent meeting held in Baku. The meeting brought together prime ministers and vice presidents from the OTS member states to discuss the current challenges facing the international community.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Asadov emphasized that the modern international relations system is currently confronted with complex challenges, including deepening global conflicts, rising security risks, logistical disruptions, and issues related to energy and food security. These challenges underscore the importance of interstate cooperation and highlight the need for platforms like the OTS to promote peace, stability, and development.
Asadov pointed out that mutual solidarity and coordination among the member states have become increasingly significant in light of the recent tensions and escalations in the region.
