According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev warmly welcomed the delegation and expressed his confidence in the importance and benefits of the meeting for strengthening unity and solidarity among the member states. He highlighted Azerbaijan's commitment to contributing to the Organization of Turkic States, describing it as a priority in Azerbaijan's foreign policy. President Aliyev underscored the importance of the historical, cultural, and ethnic ties that bind the member states and emphasized the need for continued cooperation on international platforms.

President Aliyev addressed the delegates, noting the significance of economic cooperation and highlighting Azerbaijan's growing trade and investment relations with member states. He mentioned the country's substantial investments in Turkey and growing mutual investments with other member countries, facilitated by joint investment funds. President Aliyev also expressed gratitude for the support of brotherly countries in the reconstruction of Garabagh, highlighting various projects and investments made by member states in the region.

Transport and logistics were another key focus of the discussions, with President Aliyev emphasizing the importance of the Middle Corridor and the Zangezur Corridor. He noted the completion of a significant portion of the necessary infrastructure in Azerbaijan and expressed optimism about the future of these projects, which aim to enhance connectivity and trade routes across the region.

Vice President of Turkey Cevdet Yilmaz conveyed the greetings of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and expressed gratitude for Azerbaijan's solidarity following the recent earthquake in Turkey. He emphasized the importance of energy and transportation issues, particularly the potential benefits of the Zangezur Corridor for enhancing relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan.

Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov conveyed the greetings of President Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev and highlighted the strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.
