PM Signs Decision on Azerbaijan’s 2029 Population Census Preparations

Baku: Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a decision to initiate the preparations for Azerbaijan's 2029 population census. A Central Commission to Assist the Population Census has been established to oversee the preparations and execution of the census, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the decision is part of the resolution titled "On the Action Plan for the Preparation and Conduct of the 2029 Population Census in the Republic of Azerbaijan." This resolution outlines the steps and responsibilities for the upcoming census, ensuring thorough preparation and efficient management.

The decision also includes the approval of the composition of the Central Commission. This commission will play a crucial role in facilitating the processes required for a successful census in 2029.
