Baku: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order concerning the overhaul of the Hajigabul-Bahramtepe-Minjivan (10 km)-Sabirabad highway in Sabirabad district.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, AZN 2.1 million has been allocated to the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads to facilitate the major repair of this crucial highway. The road serves as a vital connection for 15 settlements, impacting a population of sixty-one thousand people.

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan is tasked with providing the specified financing. Additionally, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan will incorporate the necessary financial resources for the continued repair of the highway in the draft state budget for 2026. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan will address any issues arising from the implementation of this order.
