Baku: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev stated that international law is a concept that no longer exists in the world, emphasizing the importance of military strength, cooperation, and alliances. This declaration was made during an interview with local television channels, as reported by APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev highlighted the global developments that necessitate countries focusing on strengthening their military capabilities and security. He reiterated this point by recalling his proposal for joint military exercises among member states at the Summit of the Organization of Turkic States in Gabala. The president emphasized the symbolic and practical significance of conducting such joint military exercises, noting that Azerbaijan has been engaging in bilateral military exercises with countries like Trkiye and others.

President Aliyev further stressed that in today's world, the focus should be on strength, cooperation, alliances, and mutual support rather than international law. His statements underscore a shift in focus towards practical military collaborations and strategic partnerships among nations.
