Baku: President Ilham Aliyev expressed his gratitude to U.S. President Donald Trump for his remarks shared during the 4th Shusha Global Media Forum. The acknowledgment came via a post on the Azerbaijani President's social media accounts, highlighting the significant role Trump played in fostering peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the social media post included Aliyev's message to Trump, in which he referred to the former U.S. President as a "Man of Peace." Aliyev emphasized the importance of Trump's leadership in contributing to peace, stability, and prosperity in the region. The message also noted the upcoming first anniversary of the historic Washington Summit, praising Trump's indispensable role in advancing lasting peace between the two nations.
