Aghdam: President Ilham Aliyev has announced plans for the construction of additional houses in Kangarli village as part of the second stage of the village’s restoration. During a meeting with residents who have returned to Kangarli, President Aliyev remarked on the transition from the difficulties of the past to the present favorable conditions.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev emphasized that the first stage of reconstruction has been completed, with 292 houses ready for the returning residents. He assured the community that more housing projects are planned to further accommodate the needs of the resettled families in the next phase of the development initiative.
