Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has highlighted the potential for economic collaboration between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, stating that the opportunities presented by both nations create broad prospects for new cooperation formats. In an interview with the Uzbekistan National News Agency (UzA), President Aliyev emphasized the complementary nature of the economic possibilities in both countries.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Azerbaijan is actively participating in investment projects in Uzbekistan. Among these is the development of a hotel and residential complex under the Ritz-Carlton brand by PASHA Holding in Tashkent. Additionally, a significant tourism and residential project, 'Sea Breeze Uzbekistan,' is underway in the Tashkent region. These projects underscore the commitment to fostering economic ties and exploring new avenues of collaboration between the two nations.
