Mingachevir: ‘Both Italy and China are strategic partners of Azerbaijan,’ said President Ilham Aliyev during his speech at the inauguration ceremony of the ‘8 November’ Power Plant in Mingachevir.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the head of state emphasized that strategic partnership declarations have been signed with both Italy and China. He noted that the numerous visits he has made to these nations have yielded excellent results in various areas. President Aliyev highlighted that Italy is currently Azerbaijan’s number one trade partner, whereas China also ranks among the country’s leading trade partners, demonstrating the significance of these international relationships for Azerbaijan’s economic and strategic interests.
